Map OneNote concepts to SEO Note

Ink drawings and free-form stickers will not travel cleanly. Re-type decisions and facts; leave decorative canvas layouts behind. The point of leaving is ownership of the words that matter, not museum fidelity of every doodle.

Put messy imports under Archive / 2024-onenote-import first; clean titles later. Continuity beats perfect structure on day one. When a note from the import pile gets opened twice, promote it under Work or Personal with a clearer name.

Week one does not need to look like OneNote. Three roots and an Inbox habit are enough. When Inbox hits about twenty nodes, spend fifteen minutes filing: projects up, reference aside, junk to Archive or delete. That keeps the tree alive instead of a museum of old sections.

If work already runs a shared OneNote notebook, do not break it. Move only personal drafts, decisions, and anything that should not ride corporate sync. Hybrid is fine when you remember which copy is authoritative.
