User Agreement
Effective date: 2 August 2026. Governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
1. General
This Agreement governs the use of the website https://seonote.su/ (the «Site») and the freeware software SEO Note (the «Software») distributed from the Site. By using the Site or downloading/installing the Software you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Software.
2. Rightsholder
The rightsholder of the Site and the Software is the owner of seonote.su. Contact: bigfozzy@yandex.ru.
3. License to the Software
SEO Note is provided as freeware. You are granted a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to install and use the Software on any number of computers for personal or business purposes, and to redistribute the original unmodified installer, provided that you do not charge for the Software itself and do not misrepresent authorship.
You may not: reverse engineer the Software except as permitted by mandatory law; remove copyright notices; or distribute modified versions under the name SEO Note without written permission.
4. No malware claim / local data
The Software is intended to store your notes and documents in local files on your device. The rightsholder does not collect the contents of those files via the Site. You are responsible for backing up your data.
5. Website
Materials on the Site are provided for information about the Software. Links to third-party sites (if any) are not controlled by us. Use of the Site is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
THE SITE AND THE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED «AS IS» WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. The rightsholder is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the Site or the Software, except where liability cannot be limited under Russian law.
7. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via bigfozzy@yandex.ru and is not guaranteed within a fixed SLA.
8. Changes
We may update this Agreement by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
