The operator of personal data is the owner of the website seonote.su (copyright holder of the SEO Note software).

Personal data is processed and stored using infrastructure located in the Russian Federation (hosting).

This Policy applies to visitors of seonote.su (including the /Rus/ section) and to persons who contact us by e-mail. The desktop program SEO Note stores user notes locally on the user's computer; the Operator does not receive the contents of those files through the website.

• technical data automatically transmitted by your browser: IP address, date/time of access, requested URL, referrer, User-Agent (browser/OS), and similar server log data.

• ensuring security and operability of the website (including analysis of server logs);

7. Sharing and cross-border transfer

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be disclosed only where required by Russian law (e.g. to authorized state bodies) or to a hosting provider acting on our instructions within the Russian Federation. We do not intentionally transfer personal data abroad for analytics or advertising.

E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, and thereafter as required for legal protection, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and diagnostics (typically up to 12 months), then deleted or anonymized.

You may request information about the processing of your personal data, demand clarification, blocking or deletion where legally required, and withdraw consent (if processing was based on consent) by e-mailing bigfozzy@yandex.ru. We will respond within the time limits set by 152-FZ.

We apply organizational and technical measures available for this website, including HTTPS access. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data by e-mail.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you have read the updated Policy.
