Personal data is processed and stored using infrastructure located in the Russian Federation (hosting).

2. Scope

This Policy applies to visitors of seonote.su (including the /Rus/ section) and to persons who contact us by e-mail. The desktop program SEO Note stores user notes locally on the user's computer; the Operator does not receive the contents of those files through the website.

3. Categories of personal data

We may process:

• e-mail address and the contents of messages you send to us;
• technical data automatically transmitted by your browser: IP address, date/time of access, requested URL, referrer, User-Agent (browser/OS), and similar server log data;
• anonymized website usage statistics collected via Yandex.Metrica (page views, referrers, device/browser type; without Webvisor session recordings).

We do not use advertising networks (including Yandex Advertising Network / Google AdSense), Google Analytics, or marketing cookies on this website.

4. Purposes of processing

• responding to support and other requests;
• ensuring security and operability of the website (including analysis of server logs);
• anonymized analysis of website traffic to improve the site;
• complying with legal requirements of the Russian Federation.

5. Legal grounds (Art. 6 of 152-FZ)

• processing is necessary to perform a contract / pre-contractual request when you write to us for support or feedback;
• processing is necessary for the Operator's legitimate interests in securing and administering the website (server logs and anonymized traffic statistics), provided such interests do not override your rights;
• processing is required to comply with Russian law.

6. Cookies

The website does not set advertising cookies. Yandex.Metrica may use technical/analytical identifiers (cookies or similar storage) to count visits in anonymized form. If you click «Decline» in the cookie notice on this site, Yandex.Metrica is not loaded on subsequent pages. You can also restrict cookies in your browser settings or use tools provided by Yandex to limit Metrica.

7. Sharing and cross-border transfer

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be disclosed only where required by Russian law (e.g. to authorized state bodies), to a hosting provider acting on our instructions within the Russian Federation, or to Yandex (Yandex.Metrica) as a service provider for anonymized website statistics within the Russian Federation. We do not intentionally transfer personal data abroad for advertising.

8. Retention

E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, and thereafter as required for legal protection, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and diagnostics (typically up to 12 months), then deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights (Arts. 14, 15, 21 of 152-FZ)

You may request information about the processing of your personal data, demand clarification, blocking or deletion where legally required, and withdraw consent (if processing was based on consent) by e-mailing bigfozzy@yandex.ru. We will respond within the time limits set by 152-FZ.

We apply organizational and technical measures available for this website, including HTTPS access. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data by e-mail.

11. Policy updates

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you have read the updated Policy.
